Power Kick Kickboxing: Burn fat, build strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance while hitting things to music! This workout is a blast –please bring gloves if you have them (we do have some loaners).

Tuesdays 7-8pm June 24 through August 12 (8 weeks)

Thursdays 7-8pm June 26 through August 14th (8 weeks)

Saturdays 8:30-9:30am June 28 through August 23 (8 weeks) (no class July 5th)

Boot Camp: Use dumbbells and bodyweight to tone and sculpt your entire body in a 45-minute workout that will keep your heart pumping!

Saturdays 12-12:45pm June 28 through August 23 (8 weeks) (no class July 5th)

Sign up for 1 class: $60

Sign up for 2 classes: $90

Sign up for 3 classes: $110

Sign up for 4 classes: $120

Flex Pass punch card (good for any class June 24 through August 23): $65 for 8 classes, $75 for 12 classes

Drop In rate: $10 per class

We will no longer be selling punch cards without an expiration date, but will honor the ones you already have!
