NEW! Boot Camp Circuits: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7-7:45am, Monday & Friday 9:30-10:15am

Get your workout DONE in the morning and burn more calories and have more energy all day long! Just 45 minutes so you're in & out with a full-body cardio, strength & stretching. 

Power Kick Cardio Kickboxing: Thursdays 7-8pm ongoing

Punch and kick professional kickboxing bags to fast music for a heart-pumping cardiovascular and muscle toning workout! All levels of experience are welcome. Gloves are required; we do have some loaners. This is not a combat class. 

Self-Defense: Wednesdays 7:50-8:50pm ongoing

Learn and practice the quickest, easiest ways to keep yourself safe - this class is not about earning belts or learning kata; it's about getting yourself and your loved ones out of a bad situation as safely as possible.
