Initial Nutrition or Personal Training Consultation - FREE 

Includes health screening, body composition assessment, posture analysis, goal setting and answers to your questions about exercise, nutrition and training.

Personal Training Sessions

Held at the BalancePoint Fitness Studio inside PKSA Karate or Meri Lou Murray Washtenaw County Recreation Center: (please note that the Rec Center requires a $7 day pass, or a membership, which is $200 per year for county residents).

Single session prices:

1 hour: $54 ($59 pair)

45 minutes $44 ($49 pair)

30 minutes: $30 ($35 pair)

Packages: 

12 1-hour sessions: $594 ($649 pair)

24 1-hour sessions: $1134 ($1236 pair)

12 45-minute sessions: $484 ($539 pair)

24 45-minute sessions: $924 ($1029 pair)

Personal Training House Calls are available within 5 miles of the studio, for just $5 more per session. (time slots are limited for off-site sessions) 

1-Time Fitness & Nutrition Planning Session - $99

Want to do it yourself but need some professional guidance to get started? Invest in a one-time planning session with a trainer / coach who can help you design your workouts and exercise schedule and provide advice on lifestyle changes and nutrition to help you reach your goals. This session can take up to 90 minutes. You will walk away with a custom plan collaboratively created between you and the pro.
